Snowman card swap!!! Loved making this card and thinking of cold weather. Our summer has been hot in North Texas but nothing like the last two years. Today the weather was nice enough to shut off the A/C and open a few windows--very unusual in July. We even managed to get a nice slow rain which we desperately need since our water sources are almost a 30% capacity. I used the sunburst paper technique for the DSP background using up scrap of old Christmas Papers. You can learn more about the sunburst technique
here on Scrap and Stamp with Frenchie.
