Card #7 Rich Razzleberry Birthday

This card layout was inspired by Dawn Olchefske of Do Stamping with Dawn.  I received it as part of her monthly card club.  All I needed to do was apply my own stamps and assemble.  The base color Rich Razzleberry is one of my favorite Stampin Up card stock colors and I always have some on hand.  It is good color anytime of year.

Card #6 Birthday Card

This card was made for a Pink, Brown and Beige Birthday Card swap on Swap-Bot.  It is one of my favorite punch techniques where you cut out the top layer then punch the image and cover the opening with DSP paper for the background and add some accent layer in the center to complete.  Very easy to do and it is a nice effect.

Since I am still in a holiday mood I plan to share more Christmas cards with you this month.  This card was made for a Pink Christmas Card swap on Swap-Bot. I like how it turned and made a few more. I used a technique called "paper piecing" to create the tree. You can learn more about it here.
