"Christmas" Card #6-14

Here is a little Christmas Card I made for an exchange on Swap-Bot. The card had to have a deer on it and this is my new little deer stamp I picked up from Michael's during one of their fantastic holiday sales. The layout was inspired by Unscripted Sketches #238 and it will be submitted to their blog for the current sketch challenge.

"Happy Birthday" - Card #3-14 and 4-14

These clean and simple cards are identical with the exception that the top card has a bit of shimmer spray (that is not showing up in the photo) and a jeweled rhinestone added.  Another card project from my Do Stamping with Dawn October Card Buffet kit.  Yes, I am just getting them together.  I think I am going to start working on Christmas now to be ready for December.

A very simple "Hello" card to start off 2014. I made this card using a kit from Dawn O of DO Stamping with Dawn. I love her monthly kits and I can't wait to get the January set. I skipped a few months because I was back logged, now that Christmas is over I am catching up with all my unfinished projects.

Goodbye 2013

The year started off with a bang and then there was a big giant hiccup in early  March that rocked my world for several months.  Needless to say I am glad this year is over and pray the drama of early 2013 does not repeat itself anytime soon.   

We had a wonderful Christmas and just returned from a 4-day journey to San Antonio, TX.  It was good to get away for a few days.  I imagine in our usual fashion we will be in bed well before the year turns in Texas, we are way past the party years in our household.
